Giorno 4

Wenn wir schon mal so weit gereist sind, können wir auch nochmal 1,5 Stunden weiter fahren und Sightseeing in Mailand nachkommen. Heute ist es nicht ganz so heiß, es ist also der perfekte Tag. Wer weiß, vielleicht gibt es ja die eine und andere Shoppingbag, denn „Design is Milano is Design“:

Nach etlichen Tunneln (ich beschließe diese auf dem Heimweg zu zählen), nach drei Mautstationen die wir immer mit blauer Markierung passieren, weil dort mit Kreditkarte (1x 1,70 Eur und 1x 5,60 Eur) gezahlt werden kann und dann fühlen wir uns fast wieder wie ganz zu Hause. Jeah eine Großstadt 🙂 mit iiiehhh vielen breiten und linienenlosen Kreisverkehren deren Logik wir noch nicht verstanden haben. Das Auto parkt videoüberwacht bei Duomo myParking und wir stellen fest, dass dort nur deutsche Autos stehen. Den Rest denken wir uns jetzt einfach. Der Autoschlüssel verbleibt dort, der Wagen wird vom Personal dort eingeparkt und dann geht der Wahnsinn los…

  • Der Mailänder Dom mit seinen 135 Domspitzen auf der Piazza del Cuomo
  • Das älteste Einkaufszentrum der Welt die Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle II. Einkaufen hier vermutlich unbezahlbar und auch sowieso nicht ganz unser Geschmack. Hier sind alle bekannten Marken vertreten und Swarovski hat ein sehr beeindruckendes System den Schmuck zu präsentieren.
  • Risotto alla milanese ist eine regionale Spezialität nach Mailänder Art. Die mussten wir natürlich probieren. Durch das richtige Verhältnis von Parmesan und Safran erhält es seine goldene Farbe. Wir haben uns entschlossen, das bunte Treiben des Einkaufszentrums aus der Motta heraus mit dem goldenen Essen genauer zu beobachten und viel Spaß mit den ganzen Touristen und den Fotosessions die da stattfinden.
  • Das Künstlerviertel Brera erinnert etwas an die Hamburger Schanze oder das Karolinenviertel. Hier gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants und überall wird draußen gesessen. Ach und open Wi-Fi ..so gehört sich das. Meine absofortige Super-power habe ich hier aus entdeckt: Smile is my super-power 🙂

Ein paar Geschäfte haben wir dann auf dem Rückweg zum Auto noch von Innen besichtigt. Maurice meinte: „Das Jeans-Kleid da kann ich mir bei dir richtig gut vorstellen!“ Leider war das Kleid nicht in meiner Größe im Geschäft, aber kein Problem, es wurde einfach aus einem anderen Geschäft geordert. In den 20 Minuten Wartezeit, probiere ich gefühlte 10 andere Kleider an, die die motivierte Verkäuferin aus dem %Sale unbedingt los zu werden scheint und mir ja alle so gut stehen würden. Da hat Sie auch tatsächlich recht. Eine Stunde später habe ich nicht nur dieses Jeanskleid in der Tüte 🙂

Erst viel später sehe ich, dass ich das Kleid auch in der Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle II hätte kaufen können. LuiSa Spagnoli die einst tüchtige italienische Geschäftsfrau die sich mit Ihrer Mode Marke einen Namen gemacht und auch eine Schokoladenfabrik hat, trifft mich Schokoladenliebhaberin voll und ganz in meinem Geschmack.

Im Auto sitzend fahren wir das letzte Sight Seeing Ziel für heute an. Eine Freude für die Fußballfans unter uns. Das Fußballstadion San Siro. Fotoshooting ala Ronaldo musste natürlich sein.

Dann geht es erledigt und glücklich voller Eindrücke und Einkäufe durch diverse Kreisel, Mautstraßen und ca. 20 Tunnelfahrten (versprochen ist versprochen) wieder zurück nach Verbania, dort wo abends alles so hübsch beleuchtet ist.
