Giorno 3

Wir fühlen uns noch im Ankommen und wollen heute Verbania weiter erkunden. Pünktlich zur Mittagszeit machen wir uns auf dem Weg. Schüttelt ihr nur alle mit dem Kopf, ja ja Mittagszeit ist die falscheste Zeit um das Haus zu verlassen. Ob heiß oder heiß macht hier auch irgendwie keinen Unterschied mehr. Mit Sonnenschutzfaktor 50 und Cap geht es also los.

Es gab das eine und andere schöne Haus, überall viele Blumen und seltene Exemplare darunter, ItalienerInnen die aus Fenstern schauten und cleverer waren als wir und die heiße Mittagssonne gemieden haben.

Am Ende waren wir unter Säulen und einer frischen Brise Bruscetta und Salat essen. Hatte ich schon mal erwähnt, dass mein absolutes Lieblingsgetränk Fanta ist 🙂 Die schmeckt auch nur im Urlaub immer so gut, zu Hause nie!

Genug Schatten zum abkühlen mit Blick aufs Wasser

Gelaufen sind wir nun genug, sodass wir den Nachmittag an einer neuen Badestelle ausklingen lassen wollen und peilen deswegen das Veranstaltungszentrum an. Da kann man auch gar nicht dran vorbeifahren, weil es aussieht wie ein paar Bälle bei denen die Luft raus ist.

Badeversuch Nr.1 beim Centro Event II Maggiore – Intra

Es war uns viel zu voll und dicht an dicht. Also fahren wir doch wieder zurück zum Suna Beach und legen uns an die Badestelle daneben und laufen über Steine, soll ja gut für die Füße sein und glitschen ins Wasser zu Abkühlung. Badeschuhe können wir hier übrigens unbedingt empfehlen, für die die hier noch her kommen (Wir freuen uns übrigens schon auf euch und sind noch auf der Suche nach unserem Lieblingscafé).

Vorher gab es noch einen Café Crema…zu unserer Überraschung war dieser wieder einmal sehr klein und eisgefroren. Dafür eine wahre Geschmacksexplosion und eisige Abkühlung. Ein wenig wie ein Milchshake, nur besser und mit Kaffee. Dafür gibt es auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne *****

Abends gehen wir aus zum Essen. Gnocci mit viel Käse für mich, Pasta mit Lachs für Maurice.

Wer große Portionen mag, sollte ins Hostaria gehen

Mit Aperol und Bier im Bauch und Gewitter am Himmel (ohne Regen) gehen wir mit zahlreichen Mückenstichen nach Hause. Zu Hause stechen mich Mücken so gut wie nie, hier habe ich schon > 18 Stiche. Fiese Biester hier!!!
